Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using modern diagnostic tools and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Perform emergency repairs efficiently, often under pressure, to minimize downtime for customers.
- Ensure all work complies with local El Paso building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Manage daily inventory of tools and parts to ensure job site efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Master Plumber License in the State of Texas (or valid Journeyman license with 3+ years of experience).
- Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing repair and installation.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and leak detection techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites in El Paso.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
