Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
- Inspect existing systems to ensure they comply with local and state building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project layouts accurately.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate estimates, and explain repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and job sites.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize and manage daily schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and various pipe materials (PVC, copper, galvanized).
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
