Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
- Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide accurate estimates.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex system problems.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Journeyman Plumber certificate in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight or uncomfortable spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
