Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and specifications with precision for all project phases
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Assist in project planning and timeline execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
