Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the construction site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic site preparation work, including digging, lifting, and debris removal.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by superiors to ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and construction site procedures.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
