Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare and clean job sites under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic hand/power tools (training provided)
- Assist with digging, lifting, and carrying tasks
- Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness
- Follow instructions from site managers
- Complete daily timecards accurately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites
