Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies as directed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Complete daily task logs and communicate progress to supervisors
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided!
