Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with demolition, framing, and finishing as needed
- Adapt to changing site conditions and task priorities
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
