Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site cleanliness standards
- Load/unift construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Collaborate with team members on complex building projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Background/drug screening required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
