Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks per blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and formwork
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with concrete work or heavy equipment operation preferred
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and outdoor environments
