Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and installation
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment cleanliness
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and light machinery
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
