Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete foundation work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, and finish carpentry
- Manage material handling and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project blueprints
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- WA state driver's license
