Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Complete daily timecards and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
