Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor tasks
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project plans
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No experience required – all training provided
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (paid by employer)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Portland
