Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor tasks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed during night shift operations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Louisville metro area
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety-first practices
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
