Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Complete shift reports and document project progress accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (drills, saws, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Albuquerque metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
