Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support team members in completing daily project objectives
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions
