Responsibilities
- Assist in excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required protective gear
- Support skilled tradespeople in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Perform cleanup duties and waste disposal according to regulations
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
