Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently (bulldozers, excavators, forklifts)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters)
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and structural integrity
- Complete daily progress reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
