Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely under OSHA guidelines (training provided)
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and finishing work

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision in execution

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
