Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tool operation and equipment maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete basic site cleanup and debris removal
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors
- Contribute to team-based construction projects with punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- No formal experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather
- Basic tool handling skills (training provided)

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
