Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
- Load/unload equipment and supplies safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist carpenters/masons with layout tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete daily task logs accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check required
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
- No experience necessary - training provided
