Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades in excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and site safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Complete physical tasks including lifting (up to 50lbs), digging, and hauling
- Adhere to project timelines and complete daily work assignments
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- No formal experience requiredâtraining provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
