Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in concrete pouring and finishing
- Load/unload construction materials
- Complete daily time logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime/weekends
