Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local building standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
