Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small teams and mentor junior electricians on-site
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Document work progress and maintain safety logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of journey-level electrician experience
- Valid Texas electrician license (Master/Journeyman preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
