Responsibilities
- Execute foundational construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project implementation
- Maintain job site cleanliness and enforce OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless workflow
- Perform material handling and inventory management at job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
