Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with Florida Electrical Code (FEC)
- Perform panel upgrades, wiring repairs, and safety inspections
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Valid Florida electrician license (Class A/B/Journeyman)
- Minimum 3 years of field experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local regulations
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
