Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Inspect equipment and diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate installations
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project progress
- Test circuits and systems to verify safety and functionality
- Maintain clean workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Indiana electrical codes
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
