Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of service calls and installations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional presentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols, NEC standards, and company quality procedures
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of materials used on job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable residential/commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Proficiency in installing smart home systems, EV chargers, and solar components
- Excellent diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environmental conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
