Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead project teams and mentor junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors
- Perform safety inspections and risk assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
