Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and structural installations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams to ensure seamless workflow and project deadlines
- Inspect materials and equipment for compliance with blueprints and specifications
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-incident safety records
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
