Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and client communication
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and building inspectors
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial wiring
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
