Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and water heater maintenance
- Ensure compliance with DC building codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid DC Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
