Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool belt at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and offer professional solutions.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist senior technicians with larger projects when needed to accelerate learning.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs) and work in various positions (kneeling, climbing, bending) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material estimation.
- A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
