Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates, clear communication, and professional on-site work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site, ensuring tools and equipment are in top condition.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, water heaters, drainage systems, and green plumbing practices.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
