Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections
- Ensure strict compliance with NYC and PA plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent pricing and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in New York and/or Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, water heater repair, and trenchless technology
- OSHA certification and knowledge of local building regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Technical school certification or apprenticeship completion
