Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage
- Install new plumbing systems for construction projects and renovation work
- Perform emergency service calls during evenings/weekends as needed
- Prepare detailed work estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection technology
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Emergency response availability (after hours/weekends)
