Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques to ensure efficient resolutions
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, water heater installations, and fixture replacements
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and after-service follow-ups

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
