Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform emergency repairs during after-hours shifts (rotating schedule)
- Conduct routine maintenance checks for commercial properties
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
- Complete service reports using digital tablets
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide paid training
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Customer service mindset and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
