Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs including pipe fitting, drain clearing, and fixture installations
- Assist senior plumbers with water heater maintenance, leak detection, and pipe insulation
- Conduct safety inspections and document service reports using digital tools
- Stock and organize plumbing materials and equipment at job sites
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards
- Provide excellent customer communication during service calls
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work weekends/evenings for emergency calls

- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC boroughs
