Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other fixtures.
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and system installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and providing transparent pricing.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to manage daily job schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia State Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
