Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and pipe installations for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Lead emergency response teams during off-hours, ensuring rapid service delivery
- Adhere to Ohio plumbing codes and safety protocols in all operations
- Maintain detailed service reports and digital documentation for clients
- Train apprentices on modern plumbing techniques and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting equipment
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
