Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems in industrial facilities
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical circuits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and retrofits
- Document all work activities using digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior electricians during overnight shift rotations
- Respond to emergency electrical calls with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Missouri Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong diagnostic skills for 480V+ systems
- Experience with PLC and industrial automation systems
