Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts, diagnosing and resolving pipe bursts, leaks, and drainage issues
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, and sewer lines
- Perform hydro-jetting, pipe rehabilitation, and backflow prevention services
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to prioritize urgent service requests and ensure timely response
- Conduct thorough inspections using advanced diagnostic tools and provide detailed service reports
- Adhere to all California plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company standards
- Maintain and service company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License (Class C or higher)
- OSHA 10 certification and familiarity with confined space entry procedures
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures and emergency scenarios
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle emergency conditions
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
