Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Perform pipefitting and drain cleaning services for residential/commercial clients
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Prepare detailed work estimates and project timelines for clients
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing projects
- Maintain service vehicles and tools in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
