Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe networks following Texas plumbing codes
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with prompt response times
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology and pressure testing
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Customer-focused communication and problem-solving abilities
