Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repair.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently during the night shift to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to identify potential hazards or failures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of maintenance records and status updates.
- Document all work performed accurately in electronic maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (Master preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
