Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install new fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per code requirements
- Provide emergency plumbing services during weekend on-call rotations
- Estimate repair costs and provide transparent quotes to customers
- Maintain service truck inventory and submit accurate work orders
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Background check and drug screen required
