Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, fixture malfunctions, and water heater issues
- Adhere to building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Utilize digital tools for scheduling, invoicing, and client management
- Collaborate with team members for seamless project execution
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid NC state license
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with trenchless and green plumbing technologies
- Background checks and drug testing required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
